This course will review the practical BPPV management with many BPPV manoeuvres presentations and new videos. Animated graphics, video clips of case studies with related videonystagmoscopic records, graphical BPPV Pathophysiology simulator and live demonstrations will be utilized. Participants will learn how to perform the most popular liberatory manoeuvres: Vannucchi-Asprella manoeuvre, Vannucchi FPP, Gufoni manoeuvre, Epley CRP, Semont and variants. In addition will be shown canal switch and new BPPV variants, such as the apogeotropic variant of the posterior canal BPPV. Finally will be propose the “Minimum Stimulus Strategy” to approaching the acute attack of BPPV with intense neurovegetative symptoms.
