Description
Content for each Patient Management
Perspectives in Otolaryngology (PMP)offers
learners the opportunity to hone decision making skills through full management
of an individual patient from presentation to discharge and follow-up in an
interactive question-and-answer format with immediate feedback on each choice
made. Each includes case scenarios, self-assessment components, and management
discussion sections. The problem presented is designed to heighten awareness of
the current range of possibilities for diagnosis and management. Like a real-life
clinical problem, the simulation must be solved by a series of inquiries,
decisions, and actions.
