Decision-making in sleep surgery has often been based on personal experience. Choosing the appropriate surgery based on office and endoscopic examinations has not clarified the choices we make for surgery. How does one choose the surgical intervention with the highest success for a particular patient? This panel presentation will present scientific evidence for choosing the appropriate surgical intervention. Panelists discuss the need for a surgical care path to help with decision- making.
