This session will offer the author's experience with nearly 20 years of performing minimally invasive endoscopic pituitary surgery (MIPS). Participants will be provided with practical step-by-step technique, tips and tricks to achieve optimal outcomes, as well as a succinct description highlighting the role of the otolaryngologist in pituitary surgery. Expected outcomes and complication management, including CSF leaks, will be discussed.

This session will offer the author's experience with nearly 20 years of performing minimally invasive endoscopic pituitary surgery (MIPS). Participants will be provided with practical step-by-step technique, tips and tricks to achieve optimal outcomes, as well as a succinct description highlighting the role of the otolaryngologist in pituitary surgery. Describe the technique of minimally invasive pituitary surgery (MIPS). 3. Examine the advantages and disadvantages of MIPS compared to traditional approaches and to highlight outcomes.
