This session will present the anatomy, pattern of metastases, surgical techniques, and new innovations applicable to the treatment of the neck in primary and recurrent well-differentiated thyroid carcinoma. This presentation will present relevant and practical imaging, operative techniques, and decision making regarding this disease. Current relevant ATA guidelines will be discussed.
