Otolaryngologists can provide comprehensive medical and surgical treatment for OSA. The need for alternative therapies has become clear as the world experienced a massive recall of PAP devices in 202. This course will teach the indications and principles of application of oral appliances for OSA. Using didactic and hands-on instruction, this course will provide the practical basis required for beginning CUSTOM oral appliance therapy and will enhance knowledge of this modality. Assessment criteria and methods for patient selection, reimbursement and coding will be reviewed. Highly experienced course leaders will demonstrate impression taking and participants will have the opportunity to do so as well. Additional skills of bite registration and fitting will be reviewed
