- Conflict zones are unique locations in which the incidence of head and neck trauma is often significantly increased. - The instability of medical care in conflict zones compounds the difficulty in providing care for head and neck trauma patients. - This seminar will discuss examples of management of facial/head and neck trauma, including soft tissue trauma, in historical and current conflict zones - Discussion will focus on how to function and provide the best care possible in resource-limited settings requiring emergent and urgent care management
