We are building upon our inaugural attempt to broach this subject within the academy. Last year, we presented a general framework about what microaggressions are. Moving forward, we want to share data about ways in which bias leads to microaggressions in the workplace and reiterate how this event traumatize the recipients. We will continue to offer practical advice to recognize and remedy this occurrences.
