Raising Your Voice Care Game via Excellence in Stroboscopy (2023 AMW)
2023 AAO-HNSF Annual Meeting & OTO Experience
Proper performance and assessment of laryngeal stroboscopy is critical when diagnosing the etiology of dysphonia and monitoring treatment progress. This course provides detailed step-by-step approaches to performing rigid and flexible stroboscopy. Emphasis is placed on practical suggestions for troubleshooting common difficulties encountered in performing stroboscopy while simplifying the approach to interpreting subtle stroboscopic findings using techniques such as “frame by frame analysis.” Common pathologies will be demonstrated through the systematic approach to learning stroboscopy. Participants will assess multiple high-definition stroboscopic exams under the guidance of experienced laryngologists. This course is ideal for practitioners who are beginning to implement stroboscopy into their practice and those who seek additional experience with accurate stroboscopic interpretation.
