• Identifying components of the diagnostic process in patients with allergic rhinitis
• Explaining the use of skin and serum allergy tests in diagnosing allergic rhinitis
• Interpreting skin test results in the planning of allergy treatment
• Discussing general strategies in the management of allergic rhinitis
