This session will help participants learn to deal with common, and uncommon, complications in endoscopic sinus surgery. Practical, evidence-based, real-world advice will be discussed regarding both operative and post-operative complications. Furthermore, there will also be a focus on pre-operative considerations to prevent complications from happening in the first place. We will also focus on avoidance and management of complications of in-office procedures in sinus surgery, including cryo-ablation and stent placement. The goal of this session is to give participants tools with which to practically manage a wide variety of complications in endoscopic sinus surgery.
