Learning Objective: 1. Achieve the current need of providing an educational source for both practicing surgeons and surgeons in training to optimize patient surgical outcomes. 2. Recognize the value of nerve monitoring and its additive effect to a practice. 3. Implement a surgery incorporating nerve monitoring including troubleshooting techniques for practice.
