Given the sheer volume of annual publications, it is difficult to remain up to date in evidence-based otolaryngology. This course will summarize the key literature in the fields of General Otolaryngology, Pediatric Otolaryngology, Rhinology, Sleep Medicine, including randomized trials, systematic reviews, and clinical practice guidelines, and other important evidence based updates. Participants will be able to update current clinical knowledge and improve their patient’s quality of care. This mini-seminar is presented in collaboration with the General Otolaryngology and Sleep Education Committee and the Outcomes Research and Evidence Based Medicine Committee. Please note that this is Part 1 of a 2-part presentation. We request 2 hours total for parts 1 and 2 (1 hour for each part). Part 2 will have a different moderator and panelists and will be submitted separately.
